Group Fitness
Sweat together and feel good.
Every week we have two live online group fitness training sessions. The classes are held online on Wednesdays (6-6:30pm Central Time) and Saturdays (10-10:30am Central Time). More workouts will be added over time.
These classes will have you feel good! All fitness levels are welcome! After purchase I will send you the link to join the live classes.
